We are proud to have three homes entered in this year’s parade located at the homes in Owensboro KY communities of Brownwood Oaks, Fiddlesticks, and Keeneland Trace. When you purchase your ticket you will receive the magazine which contains the map/home addresses. If you purchase your ticket on-line, you will be instructed how to obtain the map/addresses.

The Fall Tour of Homes is the best, most exciting way to experience the latest trends, craftsmanship and building materials all through the scattered site home tour! The Fall Tour works similarly to the Parade of Homes in that all entries are FREE to tour and builders will be on site to meet with you and discuss your plans. Also on tour are a few empty lots for sale that are located in our area’s hottest new neighborhoods. Builder information will be available at these lots so you can meet with the builder and talk about your needs.
It was great for me that Jagoe Homes furnishes the lot with the home since lots are very difficult to find close to town. The lower a home scores on RESNET’S HERS Index, the more energy efficient it is. A standard new home that’s built to meet the 2006 IECC will score a HERS Index of 100. 601 Pin High Drive is of our Model B floor plan and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage with 1,629 square feet of living space. Offering luxurious townhouse living, it requires less maintenance and is energy smart. Our final home entered in the Owensboro Parade of Homes is Thompson Homes #14.
Thompson Homes #3 is our first home entered in the Owensboro Parade of Homes. Located at Brownwood Oaks, 2379 Red Oak Run features our Beaumont floor plan. This is a 2,193 square foot home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Thompson Homes #13 is a townhome located at 601 Pin High Drive in Fiddlesticks.
